Bookings via the Internet are limited to two days prior to the date of arrival.
We only accept phone calls for reservations on the day and the next day. Please contact us at 011-251-1366.
Please confirm the reserved phone number and email address again when making a reservation.
If you do not enter it correctly, you will not receive contact. Please note that it will be a reservation failure.
Generally, we will contact you within 24 hours after you complete our reservation application form.
If you do not hear from us after 24 hours, please call 011-251-1366.
Also, please contact us if you decide to cancel. If you do not get in touch, please pay the cancellation fee.
If you cancel the day or do not come to the store without notice, please pay ￥10,000 for the number of guests.
